Topic 1: 
Many Vietnamese teenagers struggle most with school stress. Getting good grades feels super important because everyone expects it, and college entrance exams are tough. This pressure can make them feel anxious, unhappy, and even sick.
To help, schools can teach ways to relax and stay healthy. Parents and society can value teenagers for who they are, not just their grades. Maybe college exams can look at more than just scores, too. This would make school less stressful and teenagers happier. 

Topic 2: 
Building more national parks is a great way to protect animals, but it's not the only answer. Parks create safe zones, but animals' homes are disappearing everywhere, not just inside parks. Also, taking care of existing parks is important – keeping out bad plants and stopping people from hurting the animals.
The best way to protect animals is to do many things together. National parks can be a part of the solution, but we also need stricter laws to protect nature, fix animal homes that are broken, and work with other countries to stop illegal animal trading. National parks are a good step, but they're not the only one!
