<p class="p">Tony’s restaurant is <strong>the same as </strong>Mary’s restaurant. They both look <strong>like</strong> a train. </p>

<p class="p">They are different from all the other restaurants here. Let’s have dinner there.</p>

<p class="p">We use <strong><em>like, the same as</em></strong> and <strong><em>different from</em></strong> to compare two or more people, animals, things, etc. We often use <strong><em>like, the same</em></strong> as and <strong><em>different from</em></strong> with <strong><em>be, look, feel, sound, taste, seem</em></strong>, etc.</p>
<p class="p"><em>(Chúng ta sử dụng like, the same as với và different from để so sánh hai hoặc nhiều người, động vật, đồ vật, … Chúng ta sử dụng like, the same và different from với cùng be, look, feel, sound, taste, seem, …)</em></p>
<p class="p">-<strong><em> like</em></strong> means “similar to”. <em>(like đồng nghĩa với similar to.) </em></p>
<p class="p">This shirt feels<strong> like </strong>cotton. It’s very soft. <em>(Chiếc áo này giống như bông. Nó rất mềm.)</em></p>
<p class="p">- <strong><em>different from</em></strong> means “not the same”. <em>(different from nghĩa là “not the same”.)</em></p>
<p class="p">My shoes are <strong>different from</strong> yours. Mine are blue. Yours are red.</p>
<p class="p"><em>(Giày của tôi khác với của bạn. Của tôi màu xanh dương. Của bạn màu đỏ.)</em></p>
<p class="p">- <strong><em>the same as</em></strong> means that someone or something is exactly like someone else or something else.</p>
<p class="p"><em>(the same as có nghĩa là ai đó hoặc thứ gì đó giống với một người nào khác hoặc một thứ gì khác.)</em></p>
<p class="p">Your dress is<strong> the same as</strong> mine. We bought them at the same shop. </p>
