<p>You can enjoy the Notting Hill Carnival in London every August. Local people celebrate Caribbean culture on this festival. There are big parades in the streets. It's noisy, but it's <span style="color: #0000ff;">also</span> friendly. I don't usually wear a costume, but I always watch the parades and dances.
